How do I get started?
Simply select your desired course and upon purchase on our site, you will be sent an email to create your Nouveau Contour virtual academy account.

How long do I have to access each course?
The enrollment begins the moment you accept the course agreement terms and conditions. Each course has 6 months to be watched and reviewed from the time you begin. Courses are mixed multimedia with PowerPoint presentations and audio visuals in 4k format. Zoom Live trainings coming soon.*

How do I get a refund?
No refunds will be accepted after enrolling in the course. Please make sure that you have highspeed Wi-Fi/broadband or have access to this before enrolling. Trainings are non-transferable and you will be removed from course if multiple logins from other IP addresses are detected.

What do I need for the Virtual Academy?
Other than High speed WiFi and a good learning environment; Please have recommended materials readily available to practice along i.e., practice pads, needle configurations and appropriate pigments. Training items are available for purchase in our shop and not included in trainings.

How do I get my certificate?
Certification for each course will be given after completion of the specified course. This will be generated and sent to you through the platform.

What if I did not get a welcome email?
If you have not received an email from Master Permanent Makeup Academy by Nouveau Contour,, please check your spam folders. If you're already enroll in the Virtual Academy for a previous training, you will not receive a new welcome email. If you never signed up or enrolled before contact a specialist at 877.628.7201 for further assistance.
